Emma, being the oldest became the historian of the family and passed much of this information on to me before her debilitating stroke on Christmas Day, 1980.
I realize some of these verbal details may be incorrect.

They had 12 children: Martha, Albert, Otto, Ida, Henry, Sophie, Mary, Emil, Annie, Alma, Paul and Meta. Augusta Beyersdorf died on February 17, 1920 at the age of 51. At the time they lived on a large farm near Split Rock, and she had a stroke while milking a cow, fell into the manure and gutter and died. August Beyersdorf died on December 20, 1925 at the age of 63. Both are buried at the Peace Lutheran Cemetery in Split Rock awaiting kingdom come.

Otto 1893-1958 married my dear Aunt Emma Lembke in 1915 and lived in Sheboygan for a few years before moving to Big Falls where he worked for Otto Faehling in the saw mill and pickle factory. He was musical inclined, playing the fiddle. They had three daughters, Doris Begrow, Elda Draheim, and Margaret Larson and one son Alvin. Otto died one warm July day while at the saw mill of a stroke. Emma continued living in Big Falls on a dead end street, across from the Big Falls Cheese Factory until her severe stroke and died 3 years later on January 1, 1985. Neighbors were Lettmans, Reetzs, Faehlings, Kruegers, others. Emma served on the Big Falls Village Election Board.
Ida 1895-1949 married Charley Schwede and had two children Irene Fetter and Elmer Schwede and also lived in the Hunting area. Both are buried at the Trinity West Dupont Cemetery.

Paul 1911-1976 was born in Big Falls and as a young man lived in the Tigerton area, later in Downey, Illinois and Oshkosh. In later years in Gwinn, Michigan where he died on August 25, 1976, he was living with his niece, Mrs Roy Trottier. He was the last surviving member of the original twelve children of August and Augusta Beyersdorf.
Meta 1915-1922, the baby of the family was born when her Mother Augusta was 46 years old. She burned to death, two years after her Mother died. Her clothes caught fire when she was playing with matches. One of her brothers had brought cigarettes into the house.
Belated thanks to my dear Aunt Emma Beyersdorf for sharing information. She was a gracious lady, always a smile on her face, wavy white hair with a fierce love for her family, her children and grandchildren. She was a wonderful cook and baker, her baked beans were so delicious. Legend says Emma Beyersdorf was midwife when Delores was born Sunday noon, June 26, 1938. It was the day after her daughter Elda was married to Harold Draheim. It has been 25 years since she passed away, and we all miss her.
